Single family homes. 3 bedroom 3 bath/1500 sq. ft. and under. Call in for quote if home is larger than 3,500 sq. ft. Detailing as of follows: Kitchen Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator (inside & out) All cabinets, counter tops, drawers (inside &out) Discard all debris for pantries and cumbered Sweep/Dry mop all flooring and detail/polish baseboards Rooms All window sills *blinds upon request Dusting of all light fixtures and ceiling fans Vacuum/sweep/mop all flooring *we do not remove stains* Baseboards upon request Bathroom Wipe down all mirrors and fixtures Sanitize all toilets, tub and sinks Clean out all drawers and cabinets Sweep/mop and polish all flooring Windows sill *window upon request
